Many non-native species are dumped in local ponds, fields, and woodland areas when people feel they have nowhere else to take them. Non-native species can pose a threat on our native wildlife with disease, as well as creating more competition for natural resources.

Interacting with animals can increase serotonin & dopamine in the brain, according to scientific studies! Our future goal is to offer animal-assisted therapy for individuals with mental, physical, and cognitive challenges, including PTSD, anxiety, autism, mobility impairments, and neurological disorders.
